Role Overview:

Oversee multiple civil supervision activities across project sites with full responsibility for quality, safety, and coordination. Mentor and support junior engineers while ensuring consistent application of supervision procedures, technical standards, and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise complex civil construction works and provide on-site technical leadership and decision-making.

• Review and approve inspection requests, test reports, and material submittals related to civil and structural works.

• Provide technical expertise to resolve design, construction, and coordination challenges.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, structural) to ensure proper interface alignment and integration.

• Guide, support, and review the performance of junior engineers and site inspectors.

• Represent the supervision team during coordination and progress meetings.

• Liaise effectively with client representatives, contractors, and design consultants to ensure project objectives are met.

• Identify recurring technical or procedural issues and recommend improvements to enhance site supervision efficiency.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting and documentation in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site supervision across major infrastructure or building projects.

• Membership in a recognized professional engineering organization is preferred.
