The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise building construction and the ability to manage complex structural and site operations efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage high-rise construction projects • Oversee structural, concrete, and civil works on site • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation • Manage site teams and ensure timely project completion • Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site technical issues Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Valid Professional Engineering License (PEC Registered) • Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably in high-rise or large-scale building projects • Strong knowledge of structural design, construction management, and site supervision • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical plans • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Experience managing large construction teams What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Opportunity to work on major high-rise developments in Lahore • Professional and growth-oriented work environment
