Senior Civil Estimaton Engineer

Office timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Location: Murree Road ,Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for civil, GC related scopes.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, RFPs, and contract documents to identify project requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform quantity take-offs using industry-standard software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift,RsMeans).
• Develop unit rates, labor productivity benchmarks, and pricing based on U.S. market conditions and subcontractor inputs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and competitive pricing.
• Support negotiations and assist in finalizing bid submissions and project budgets.
• Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of assumptions and constructability.
• Maintain a cost database and historical pricing records for improving estimation accuracy.
• Ensure all estimations fully comply with U.S. codes, standards, CSI Divisions, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in civil estimation, in General Contracting (GC) within the U.S. market.
• Proven experience estimating infrastructure, site development, industrial, commercial, or municipal projects.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. construction methods, materials, labor rates, subcontractor markets, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in estimation tools such as Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, RSMeans, or similar.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
