BSC Civil Engineer - QS Required

Position Vacant: Quantity Surveyor

Job Type: Full-time (Duty timing 2PM to 10PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our

dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and

analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our project management, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget adherence.

Persons having USA based experience will be preferred.

Required Qualifications:

Civil Engineering

1-3+ years of proven experience in BOQ preparation of all CSI divisions/ GC Projects and cost estimation (USA-based projects preferred)

Proficient in software tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar

Strong knowledge of CSI Master Format and local construction codes

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills Preferred

Familiarity with federal and state bidding processes (if applicable)
