Senior Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior Engineer will oversee specific project sections, ensuring execution aligns with design, specifications, and safety standards. The role requires close coordination with the Project Manager and supervision of junior staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Execute and monitor project activities as per drawings and schedules.

· Supervise site work, ensuring quality, safety, and progress.

· Assist the Project Manager in planning, documentation, and billing.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.

· Track material usage, labour productivity, and work progress.

· Prepare daily progress reports and highlight deviations or challenges.

· Guide and mentor junior engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

· B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) with 5–7 years of experience in site execution.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and measurement techniques.

· Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

· Leadership ability, accuracy, and strong communication.
