Senior Cloud Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Delivery Manager to lead the continuous delivery, operations, and strategic enablement of our partner cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will drive cloud adoption , operational excellence , and customer satisfaction by formulating delivery strategies, managing key customer operations, and enabling partners to maximize their cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate, implement, and optimize cloud delivery & operations strategies for partner cloud services.
• Develop differentiated operational strategies for key customers, driving cloud adoption and scenario coverage .
• Identify and mitigate operational risks , ensuring seamless and secure delivery of services.
• Build delivery capabilities by empowering internal and external teams and optimizing resource utilization.
• Manage key customer relationships , oversee delivery project execution, and ensure business continuity .
• Collaborate with product, ecosystem, and solution teams to enhance operational capabilities and customer experience.
• Establish and maintain a competitive O&M (operations & maintenance) framework , ensuring network security and cloud resource stability .

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cloud service delivery, operations, or partner ecosystem management .
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, solutions, and ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud, or similar).
• Excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills .
• Ability to translate business needs into cloud enablement strategies .
• Familiarity with IT operations, service processes (ITR, Cloud Business, DSTE) , and cloud security frameworks is a plus.
