About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our development teams in delivering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in software engineering, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully driving AI/ML-driven product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing software development team, ensuring project delivery excellence.
• Define and drive technical strategy and architecture for AI/ML products and platforms.
• Collaborate with product, research, and business stakeholders to transform concepts into scalable solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional growth opportunities to engineering team members.
• Ensure systems meet the highest standards of scalability, performance, and security.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to keep solutions innovative.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in managing software development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML-driven projects, product development, and commercialization.
• Strong programming background in Python and familiarity with modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data pipelines, and enterprise solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
