Job Title: Project Manager (MEP) – Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years

Location: Islamabad/Kohat (Project-based, willing to relocate)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (MEP) to lead, plan, and execute large-scale engineering and construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, execution, and delivery of engineering/construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, risk assessments, and problem-solving strategies during all project phases.
• Conduct progress reviews, prepare detailed reports, and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in project management within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor and guide project teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, engineering standards, and industry regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Oil, gas experience is preferable.
