Our practice focuses on assisting Chinese corporate clients in resolving disputes and litigation matters in the U.S.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated litigator to join our team as a Senior Associate or Counsel, with a clear path to partnership. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on significant responsibility in complex legal matters and contribute to the firm’s growth and success.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an attorney with:

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
• Exposure to IP litigation (e.g., patent, trademark, or trade secret disputes) is a strong plus.
• Interest in cross-border litigation, including familiarity with international discovery, service of process under the Hague Convention, and enforcement of foreign judgments.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage case files, discovery, and motion practice from inception to resolution.

Core Requirements

• Active membership in good standing of the California Bar.
• Admission to another state bar (e.g., NY, TX, DC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Mandarin is a plus.
• Federal clerkship experience is desirable.
