Senior Commercial Manager – Riyadh (Entertainment Program / Construction & Delivery Partner)

A leading global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a high-profile entertainment program in Riyadh . This is a unique opportunity to play a key commercial role in the delivery of one of the region’s most ambitious entertainment projects.

We need someone who has worked for Main Contractors previously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management activities across the project, including contracts, procurement, and commercial risk
• Support the client in managing budgets, cost control, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and contractual obligations
• Provide strategic advice to project leadership on commercial decisions and risk mitigation
• Develop and maintain robust commercial processes, reporting tools, and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to support successful project delivery

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale programs
• Experience working with delivery partners, EPC contractors, or global consulting firms
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and cost control
• Ability to manage commercial risks, claims, and negotiations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior level
• Professional qualifications such as MCIOB, RICS, or equivalent are desirable
• Experience in major entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
