Brief Job Description

Responsible on planning, executing and following up the communication activities in

coordination with the direct manager in light of the agreed marketing plans and

policies in a manner that ensures the improvement of the company's image with

customers and the marketing of its products. Ensures that project timelines are

met and that communication is clear at all stages of the campaign.

Essential Competencies, Duties & Responsibilities (including

but not limited to)

Brand Communication & Strategy

  • Support the Communication Lead in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that reinforce the brand’s identity, values, and long-term vision.
  • Assist in creating annual communication plans and campaign frameworks that express the brand’s heritage and aesthetic with consistency and distinction.
  • Ensure the brand’s tone of voice, persona, and visual language are consistently applied across all regions and communication platforms.
  • Adapt communication strategies and messaging to suit different markets, ensuring cultural nuance while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Contribute to defining the brand’s strategic direction and expansion opportunities, ensuring alignment between creative storytelling and business objectives.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Support the Visual Content Designer and Communication Lead in translating creative concepts into structured strategic plans aligned with brand objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate campaign implementation across departments — ensuring timely delivery of all creative, digital, and retail assets required for seamless campaign execution.
  • Assist in defining campaign goals, narratives, and KPIs, ensuring that messaging is tailored for each market while remaining cohesive with the global brand vision.
  • Oversee coordination of all visual productions — including product, fashion, and brand shoots ensuring that each creative execution aligns with strategic intent and brand aesthetics.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance against defined KPIs, offering insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Encourage innovation and strategic creativity, supporting the Visual Content Lead in continuously elevating the brand’s creative presence.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Collaborate closely with the Visual Content Designer to develop compelling storytelling for each collection — celebrating craftsmanship, heritage, and emotional resonance.
  • Manage the creation and curation of content across all digital and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook), ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual identity.
  • Tailor content to reflect market-specific insights and cultural relevance, enhancing resonance with diverse audiences.
  • Ensure that every communication touchpoint embodies the brand’s DNA.

E-Commerce & Digital Experience

  • Regularly update and maintain the brand’s website, ensuring content reflects seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the online user experience — ensuring a seamless, luxurious digital journey that reflects the brand’s attention to detail.
  • Adapt digital content and online messaging for different markets, maintaining both local relevance and global coherence.

Market Insights & Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal departments — including marketing, retail, e-commerce, and design — to align on timelines and deliver all communication and campaign assets efficiently.
  • Gather and share insights from different markets to inform communication decisions and ensure regional relevance across campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain internal brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of tone, messaging, and visual language across all touchpoints.
  • Cascade brand knowledge and campaign direction through detailed briefs, presentations, and internal communications to ensure alignment across teams and partners.

Job Requirements And Competencies

▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree from in a related field

▪ Experience: 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.

▪ Previous direct management of holistic campaigns, and prior experience with broadcast, digital and direct

response tactics a plus. Experience working with agencies is preferred.

▪ Team player with effective communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with

a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis.

▪ Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including operations, sales,

distribution, marketing, finance, programming and legal.

▪ Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasm.

▪ Must be results-oriented and possess a market understanding know how.
