Senior Communications Manager

About the Role:
Mailraa Communications and Services W.L.L. is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead communication strategies and messaging in Doha, Ad Dawhah. This role focuses on managing internal and external communications, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Strategy: Support the planning and execution of communication initiatives
• Content Management: Oversee development of communication materials and messaging
• Brand Communication: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to support communication efforts
• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement and support improvements in communication activities
• Reporting: Provide updates on communication initiatives and outcomes

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Relevant experience in communications, public relations, or similar roles
• Skills: Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of communication practices and brand messaging
• Leadership: Ability to manage projects and support team coordination
