Grupo Cocei Salalah is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Construction Manager to oversee major construction projects in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements. The Senior Construction Manager will also manage project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control while providing leadership to construction teams across multiple projects.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with extensive experience in large-scale construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, contract administration, and health and safety standards is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are highly valued for this role.
