Your Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Senior Consultants who will be responsible for managing a team involved in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions. The role involves providing technical expertise and guidance to clients, and leading project teams to deliver successful solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing business requirements, and ensuring the effective deployment of Power Platform applications.
You will lead the development of custom solutions; using your expertise to work closely with clients to understand business requirements and design, build, test and deploy customer solutions to meet those needs. You will be comfortable in a tech lead role which involves managing other team members as well as providing quality assurance and mentoring.
You will be at the forefront of Microsoft technology and will contribute to direction of the practice by staying up to date with the latest developments in the Power Platform and related technologies.

Preferably PL-100/PL-400 qualified with knowledge of Azure.Proven experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot and SharePoint is a plus.Familiarity with ALM, security roles and environment management.Experience in leading project teams and providing guidance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and remotely.Knowledge of intelligent automation technologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
We’re looking for someone who can lead teams and clients to success. Previous consulting experience and leading development teams is essential to succeed in this role (5+ years of experience).
