Senior Consultant

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. The role involves coordinating between stakeholders, managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and assisting project managers in delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day activities of IT projects, including scheduling, task tracking, and reporting.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting structures.

  • Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technical, and vendor teams) to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Track project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and compliance records.

  • Support stakeholder engagement by preparing presentations, dashboards, and communication updates.

  • Assist in portfolio management by tracking project performance metrics and resource utilization.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements within IT project activities.

  • Drive process improvements and recommend efficiency measures for project delivery.


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and risk assessment.

  • Familiarity with IT project lifecycles, SDLC, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
