Senior Consultant

Smart City Expert – Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

We’re looking for an experienced Smart City Expert to support the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale digital transformation programs across urban environments.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to help shape sustainable, data-driven cities aligned with Vision 2030 and international smart city standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of smart city strategies integrating mobility, energy, sustainability, and citizen services.

• Build financial models and ROI frameworks to justify digital investments.

• Oversee end-to-end program delivery from design to execution and stakeholder alignment.

• Advise on governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks for city operations.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact urban use cases and mentor local teams.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in smart city, digital transformation, or urban innovation projects.

• Proven experience in PPP models, ROI analysis, and large-scale strategy design.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of IoT, AI/ML, digital twins, and ESG/LEED frameworks.

• Arabic fluency preferred; PMP, TOGAF, or Smart City certifications are a plus.
