Senior Consultant

Business Process Consulting (BPC) is a unit within the FSGBU Consulting Hub, delivering highest quality BPC assignment & Testing- support ensuring Customer acknowledgement. It provides a business focused approach to FLEXCUBE/ OBDX/ Oracle Banking applications implementations. BPC helps banks in achieving the objectives of business process transformation and change management during new system implementation/ upgrade.

The BPC Consultants have a strong banking knowledge and experience coupled with deep FLEXCUBE/ Oracle Banking applications knowledge, business process consulting (including Business Process Re-engineering) and testing skills. They act as Subject Matter Experts and help banks design business processes in line with their transformation goals and facilitate faster adaption of the new/ upgraded system by the bank’s users.

These Consultants execute projects across the globe, with both onsite and offshore delivery models, and display the ability to interact with the bank’s project team and the management (at times at CXO level).

Ability & global experience to engage with large and medium sized banks in the field of Banking operations and business process consulting.

Ability to streamline user journeys and provide Business Process Recommendations

Creation of Functional specification documents (FSDs), digital learning content/ operations manuals for user enablement and change management and to meet local regulatory requirements.

Good knowledge of FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking applications

Experience of working with Testing team, creating test plans, creating functional test cases (both functional and interfaces), executing test cases, familiarity with defect management process and independently managing testing project across agile and waterfall projects
