Role Type :- 12 months contract

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Consultant / Manager with 7–8 years of consulting experience to support a government-sector strategy project. The role focuses on policies & procedures , with additional responsibilities in strategy execution, KPI development, and client advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
• Support strategy analysis, benchmarking, and strategy refresh activities.
• Cascade strategy and scope strategic initiatives.
• Develop KPIs, performance dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Handle client ad‑hoc requests including investment planning , partnership assessments , and executive presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and work directly with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles.
• Strong expertise in policies & procedures development (priority skill).
• Solid background in strategy implementation, KPI frameworks, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines
