Senior Consultant - Audit & Risk (Real Estate & Construction)

6 months contract role

Salary Range SAR 24,000 per month

Role Purpose

The Senior Consultant / Senior Associate will support risk advisory and internal audit engagements related to real estate development and construction operations . The role involves reviewing, auditing, and developing policies, procedures, and control frameworks across key real estate functions to enhance governance, compliance, efficiency, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Risk & Audit Execution

• Conduct risk assessments, process reviews, and internal audits across core real estate development and construction functions
• Review adequacy and effectiveness of governance, internal controls, and operational processes
• Identify control gaps, operational risks, and compliance issues in real estate and construction activities
• Prepare audit workpapers, risk registers, and issue logs in line with professional standards

Policies & Procedures Development

• Develop and update policies, SOPs, process maps, and control matrices for:
• Real Estate Development lifecycle
• Construction and Project Management
• Planning, feasibility, and design management
• Procurement and contract management
• Investment monitoring and performance reporting
• Ensure policies align with leading practices, regulatory requirements, and client governance frameworks
