1. Job Description:

• Stay updated with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards affecting the payments and fintech sectors.
• Interpret and communicate the impact of new and existing regulations on business operations to internal stakeholders.
• Provide compliance guidance and support during the development of new products, services, and business initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance programs to reflect changes in regulations and business practices.
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor business activities for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures as required by law.
• Maintain records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.
• Investigate compliance-related incidents and breaches.
• Coordinate with legal and other departments to address and resolve compliance issues.

Technical Skills required:

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations from SEBI, RBI and NPCI.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.

3. Experience:

• Significant experience (preferably 5+ years) in regulatory compliance within the financial services, payments, or fintech industries.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
