Job Description:

Stay updated with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards affecting the payments and fintech sectors.

Interpret and communicate the impact of new and existing regulations on business operations to internal stakeholders.

Provide compliance guidance and support during the development of new products, services, and business initiatives.

Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance programs to reflect changes in regulations and business practices.

Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.

Monitor business activities for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures as required by law.

Maintain records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.

Investigate compliance-related incidents and breaches.
-
Coordinate with legal and other departments to address and resolve compliance issues.
Technical Skills required:
-
Strong knowledge of financial regulations from SEBI, RBI and NPCI.

Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
3. Experience:

Significant experience (preferably 5+ years) in regulatory compliance within the financial services, payments, or fintech industries.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
