Senior Consultant - Consulting & Valuation

At least 1.5 years of hands on experience in hospitality consultingis required.

Candidates without hospitality consultingexperience will not be considered or receive a response.

The successful candidate will be trained and responsible for the preparation of hotel valuations, feasibility studies, business plansand appraisal reports for hosplitality properties. The preparation of reports includes:

Fieldwork

• Travel
• Property inspections
• Area interviews analysis

• Review of property's financial statements and other relevant documents
• Use of Microsoft Excel models and in-house databases

Report Writing

• Use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Includes developing graphics/maps and formatting

The position requires travel, primarily within Middle Eastern countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in real estate or a related discipline
• Professional qualification like RICS or equivalent, with experience in hotel valuation
• MBA is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Self motivated and proactive
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, high energy environment
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for projects

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a degree-preferably in real estate or a related field-and a postgraduate RICS qualification or equivalent, along with prior experience conducting hotel valuations.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and excellent English writing abilities.
• Business level fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
