Senior Consultant- FTP

Lead the design and implementation of the Bank’s interim FTP framework, starting with an Excel-based model to support pricing, performance measurement, and balance sheet optimization. The role will coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, and ALCO, and manage advisory engagement with BIg4 for model design and governance setup.⸻

Key Responsibilities:      

•     Deliver an interim FTP model within 6 months covering Treasury instruments and short-term lending.           Evaluate FTP methodologies (matched-maturity vs. pooled-average) and recommend the optimal approach.           Oversee model segmentation by product, tenor, and business unit.           Establish governance, calibration, and reporting processes with Finance and Treasury.           Coordinate with Big4 and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and knowledge transfer.           Prepare roadmap for full FTP rollout and policy finalization.⸻

Requirements:     

•     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred).     
•      7+ years in banking or finance transformation; experience with FTP or Treasury models preferred. 
•      Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI exposure a plus. 
•      Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
