We are looking to hire a
Senior Consultant
for our
Advisory Department – Internal Audit Section
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IPPF) and firm policies during all engagements.

Lead internal audit assignments in the field.

Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior team members during assignments.

Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality advisory services.
-
Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits as scheduled.

Develop audit programs tailored to each assignment, ensuring coverage of key risks and controls, and obtain Direct Manager’s approval for implementation.

Document understanding of reviewed business cycles, test effectiveness of internal controls design & implementation for functions reviewed.

Prepare working papers including detailed risk assessments for functions reviewed, verification & testing, draft audit findings, risks & recommendations, work on draft audit reports, and finalize respective audit files.

Present audit findings and recommendations to client’s operational management and support them in developing practical remediation plans.

Work within agreed timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all deliverables before review.

Prepare clear and concise summary reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for management review.

Perform follow-up reviews as required.

Manage communication with clients during assignments.

Assist in client communications and presentations during on-site visits.

Support the preparation and timely issuance of clients’ invoices and assist in the collection follow-up process.

Support the development and enhancement of working papers, templates, methodologies, and deliverables for internal audit as well as all other advisory service lines under the Advisory Department.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
CIA certification (completed or in progress).

6–8 years of relevant experience in internal audit or advisory services.
-
Experience in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries is a plus.
-
Big 4 experience is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
