Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostics to identify ocular diseases and conditions in patients.
- Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that align with the latest clinical guidelines and innovations.
- Perform complex surgical procedures, including but not limited to cataract surgery and corneal surgery.
- Mentor and guide junior ophthalmologists and support staff to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of patient care and optimize workflows.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of ophthalmology.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records, adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with successful completion of an ophthalmology residency program.
- Board certification in Ophthalmology is essential.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a comprehensive ophthalmology practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing a variety of ophthalmic surgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of ocular diseases, treatment options, and patient management strategies.
- Exemplary leadership skills to provide mentorship and direction to junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement.
