Requirements

We are looking for individuals who bring:

Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE real estate brokerage

Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and industry trends

Ability to handle high-profile leads and professional clientele

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

A driven, goal-oriented, and ethical approach to sales

Confidence in managing client relationships from inquiry to deal closure

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and off-plan properties

Manage and convert qualified leads professionally

Build long-term relationships with investors, end-users, and property owners

Conduct property viewings, consultations, and market presentations

Stay updated with new launches, pricing, and market movements

Work collaboratively with internal teams and developers
