Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Property Consultant to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires strong market knowledge, exceptional client‑handling skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide expert guidance on property sales and investments
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with prospective buyers
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, investors, and developers
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company‑provided leads
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, new developments, and competitor activity
• Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and client expectations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
