Senior Consultant Solution Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Marketing operations Practice teams in identifying automation requirements shaping digital transformation solutions
• Worked in a Digital transformation team with complete understanding of the Digital automation levers for Digital marketing services
• Lead discovery sessions to assess client marketing maturity pain points and transformation goals
• Design and present solution architectures that align with marketing strategies e
• g
• campaign automation lead management customer journey orchestration
• Deliver engaging product demos proof of concepts POCs and presentations to stakeholders
• Translate complex marketing processes into automatable digital solutions using RPA Gen AI solutions in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Experience Cloud HubSpot etc
• Understanding of AI use cases in the Digital marketing domain
• Support RFP RFI responses with detailed solution narratives and value articulation
• Familiar with marketing operation transformation solutions in Digital marketing Domain
• 8 years of experience in digital marketing transformation solution consulting or marketing technology roles
• Strong understanding of marketing processes such as campaign management lead nurturing segmentation and content management
