Senior Consultant (TIBCO)

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Involve in Estimation, Design approach, Coverage, Alternate approaches, Usage of Design

patterns.

• Develop HLD and define software architecture.
• Work on problems of highly complex scope, through expert usage of non-standard concepts

& principles requiring high levels of judgment & interpretation

• Develop detailed specifications from which complex systems/subsystems/programs will be

written.

• Provide ownership of reusable application components or reusable services and

processes

• Design of reusable processes using TIBCO Business Works.
• Design and develop software integration between applications using TIBCO

BusinessWorks.

• Creating design patterns and best practices for data and the integration of data

through the enterprise

• Instruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and

analyst

• Review and tracking of technical issues pertaining to the implementation
• Designing the deployment strategy for complex, high volume, event- driven TIBCO

infrastructure solutions

• Coach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development
• Adhering to the Information Security Management System guidelines & policies as set by

iSteer
Qualifications:

• 8-10years of development experience using TIBCO AMX Business Works 6.x, BW Adapters

Enterprise Message Service, Designer/Studio and other TIBCO suite of products, TIBCO BW
CE.

• Experience with full project life cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, test, and

support.

• Solid experience in managing and monitoring TIBCO using tools such as TIBCO

Administrator, HAWK

• Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML technologies, GitHub, Jenkins and

Unix/Linux shell scripts

• In-depth understanding and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and

Microservices based solutions

• Hands on experience developing complex services/solutions based on Enterprise

Integration Patterns and Coding best practices

• Proactive and able to catch issues before failures
• Experience with common enterprise security protocols
• Possess a strong work ethic; takes pride in producing a quality product and a strong team

player

• Workwith production support and project consultants in an onshore / offshore model
• Support off-hours production issues and code deployments as needed
• Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with leadership

capability

• Goodknowledge and understanding of the Information Security Management system

Preferred Skills and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in TIBCO BW6.X /5.x / CE.
