We’re looking for a Senior Content Creator – a high-level creative operator who can take an idea from concept to published post entirely on their own. This role is for someone with deep experience in videography, organic social strategy, and post-production – someone who understands what performs and can consistently execute at a high level.

This is not an entry-level content role. We’re looking for a seasoned creative who has real experience producing high-performing organic social content and can operate with ownership, speed, and excellence.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Content and CEO to help define and elevate how Solin shows up across Instagram (primary), YouTube, TikTok, and X.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Content Production

Own the full content lifecycle – from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing. You should be fully capable of executing high-quality content independently.

Cinematography & Production

Confidently shoot using DSLR cameras and iPhone.

Set up clean, professional shots.

Light basic scenes effectively.

Capture content that feels polished, intentional, and platform-native.

Drive Organic Social Performance

Create content specifically optimized for organic social.

Understand hooks, retention curves, pacing, A/B testing, and trend dynamics.

Bring firsthand experience producing content that has performed successfully on Instagram and short-form platforms.

Creative Ideation & Concept Development

Generate strong, strategic content ideas aligned with Solin’s mission and growth goals.

Develop concepts that are native to social, culturally relevant, and performance-driven.

High-Level Editing

Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro at a professional level.

Experience with Instagram Edits and/or CapCut is a plus.

Deliver tight pacing, strong storytelling, and scroll-stopping visual flow.

Operate With Speed & Ownership

Work quickly without sacrificing quality.

Take initiative.

Continuously iterate and improve based on performance.

Manage Social Channels

Assist with scheduling, posting, and managing content across Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok. Help ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience Level

5+ years of professional experience in content production, videography, or social-first media.

Videography / Cinematography (Top Priority)

• Strong DSLR shooting experience
• Ability to frame, compose, and light scenes effectively
• Comfortable operating independently on shoots
• Strong visual instincts and attention to detail

Organic Social Expertise (Top Priority)

• Proven experience creating high-performing organic social content
• Deep understanding of Instagram-first strategies
• Strong knowledge of hooks, retention, trends, and performance optimization
• Clear understanding of how content spreads organically

Creative Strategy

• Strong ideation ability
• Able to generate original, brand-aligned concepts
• Understands storytelling in a mission-driven wellness brand

Editing

• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with Edits and/or CapCut is a plus
• Capable of executing full production pipeline independently
