Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Writer with strong experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will create engaging, SEO-optimized, and data-driven content that enhances our brand presence, improves customer engagement, and supports marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality content for blogs, property descriptions, brochures, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
- Develop SEO-focused articles that rank, drive traffic, and build authority in the real estate domain.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to execute content strategies and campaigns.
- Research market trends, property insights, and buyer behaviour to produce informative and compelling content.
- Create scripts for videos, reels, virtual tours, and marketing presentations.
- Edit, proofread, and ensure brand consistency across all communication.
- Manage content calendars and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a content writer, preferably in real estate, property tech, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and buyer journeys.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with SEO writing, keyword research, and content optimization tools.
- Ability to simplify complex property information into engaging and consumer-friendly content.
- Strong research skills and ability to produce data-backed writing.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and digital marketing basics.
- Portfolio of published work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
