Contract Management & Administration
Administer main and subcontract agreements in accordance with contract terms and conditionsClaims & Variations
Prepare, assess, and negotiate variations, claims, and change ordersCommercial Support
Assist in cost control and forecasting in coordination with the commercial teamRisk & Opportunity Management
Identify contractual risks and opportunities and advise project management accordinglyDocumentation & Reporting
Maintain organized and auditable contract files and recordsCompliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standardsSupport audits and internal reviews related to contract administration
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from recognized university
Experience:
6+ years’ experience among which at least 2 years in Contract Management
Experience in infrastructure/railyway or industrial projects
Experience in managing projects in Consortium or Joint ventures
Good linguistic skills
Good negotiation skills
Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
Attention to details
Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
Language Requirements:
Arabic & English are a must, French is a plus.
