Commercial & Contracts Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role overview:✔ Managing all commercial activities from tender stage through to final account✔ Preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts (FIDIC and local forms)✔ Conducting quantity take-offs, valuations, and progress measurements✔ Handling variations, claims, and subcontractor procurement✔ Monitoring project budgets and delivering cost reports to management✔ Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks

What our client is looking for:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

7+ years of experience in a commercial or QS role within construction

Strong knowledge of contract law and standard forms (FIDIC preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in cost management and MS Office tools
