Senior Contracts Manager PMC

Location: Riyadh (Project based)

Role Overview

The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading all contractual, commercial, procurement, and claims-related matters across complex mixed-use, residential, and hospitality developments. The role requires deep expertise in pre- and post-contract management, strong claims and dispute resolution capability, and proven experience working within a PMC framework, acting as the client’s commercial and contractual representative.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Strong background in PMC / consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement and claims management.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and international construction practices.

Preferred

• Professional membership (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, MCIArb, or equivalent).
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Exposure to arbitration, adjudication, or formal dispute proceedings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼40,000.00 per month

• GCC: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• MRICS, FRICS, CIOB (Preferred)
