Senior Control Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Control Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the control function across various projects, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our strategic objectives and completed within budget and timeframe. Your expertise in project controls and risk management will be essential in optimizing project performance and enhancing the effectiveness of our delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project control processes across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain project controls documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Monitor project performance and progress, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Oversee the management of project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and reporting.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members in their development within project controls.
• Prepare comprehensive analysis and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with project controls software, particularly Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in risk management and cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
