Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Permitting Office Senior Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to perform key tasks within a fast-paced team to meet permitting and other requirements within complex workflows involving multiple parties.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Update basic tracking solutions (using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, M365, Planner) for active work within the Permitting Office and across the Business Units
• Track and record printed letters, wet-signatures, and distribution of final/copies/scans of signed letters
• Oversee the contents and access management of the Permitting Office Sharepoint site
• Provide coordination and logistics support for meetings, reports and other Permitting Office needs
• Support the Director, Senior Managers and other team members to stabilize the external engagement and internal workflows by providing Senior Coordinator skills and effort

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 4+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years of prior document control experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint and document management systems.
• Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
• English and Arabic fluency.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working with government-related, regulatory and/or legal documents
• Experience working in Riyadh, KSA with large programs and national / local government organizations
