We Are Hiring: Business Excellence & Corporate Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Corporate Governance Frameworks

Ensure organizational accountability, transparency, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Process Evaluation and Performance Optimization

Assess the effectiveness of existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

Collect, analyze, and present performance data in structured formats to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

• Project Management

Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the line manager, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business excellence, corporate governance, or IT-related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in Arabic is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
