Senior Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:

As a Senior Lawyer at Rhosigma Engineering and Automation, you will lead the company’s legal operations, providing expert advice on corporate law, compliance, contracts, and risk management. You will play a key role in protecting the company’s legal interests across all business verticals.

Responsibilities include:

Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing complex legal agreements.

Leading compliance and regulatory audits.

Advising management on legal risks and strategic business decisions.

Managing disputes, arbitration, and external legal counsel.

Overseeing intellectual property and corporate governance documentation.

Additional Information:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

5–10 years of experience in corporate or industrial law.

In-depth knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
