Job Purpose

Responsible to ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising the company on their legal rights and duties in compliance with the governmental rules and regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drafting, reviewing, and approving all types of contracts, agreements, terms and conditions for different transactions including - but not limited to - management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service for all dept.

· Provide correct legal advice to any dept on legal issues, law & policies complied related to their operations, to make sure that the company is always properly and adequately protected from legal risk and/or liability.

· Keeping records & Archiving of all contracts / agreements duration and following up the renewals of the contracts.

· Manages the corporate matters including OGMs, EGMs and BOD meetings, draft the minutes, and ensure its proper execution of documentation & get appropriate approvals from GAFI Authority.

· Staying informed with the changes in current legislation related directly or indirectly to business.

· Conducting legal research in different fields of the law and extensive due diligence.

· Enlightening clients and respond to all about their legal concerns and needs to help provide them.

Manage litigation and prepare legal documents such as lawsuits, legal memos, documenting and archiving all related processes & documents in a timely and accurate manner.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or related disciplines.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Corporate legal affairs, experience in the Real Estate field will be considered advantageous.
  • Communication & Negotiation skills - Problem-solving skills - Attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Fluency in English
