Senior Corporate Lawyer - Riyadh - Leading Law Firm

The Role
Join a prestigious leading law firm in Riyadh as a Senior Corporate Lawyer, where you will play a pivotal role in advising high-profile clients on complex corporate legal matters in an dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice on corporate law issues including mergers, acquisitions, compliance, and governance matters. - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents. - Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop strategic solutions tailored to complex legal challenges. - Stay informed about local and international legal developments affecting corporate law and advise accordingly. - Lead due diligence processes and support transactional and regulatory activities. - Mentor and guide junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s legal knowledge base. - Represent clients in negotiations and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed.

Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with a degree in law and a relevant license to practice in Saudi Arabia. - Minimum of 7 years experience specializing in corporate law, preferably within top-tier law firms. - Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian corporate law and familiarity with international legal frameworks. - Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and negotiations. - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Fluency in Arabic and English would be ideal for client and regulatory communications. - Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience mentoring junior team members.
