Senior Corporate Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Gondo Holdings International is seeking a Senior Corporate Operations Manager to oversee corporate operations, workflow coordination, operational planning, and business support activities within our growing organization in Kuwait City.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily corporate operations and workflow coordination activities
• Support operational planning and business process management initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor operational performance, reporting processes, and workflow effectiveness
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and operational support activities
• Help improve internal systems, operational procedures, and productivity standards
• Maintain quality standards across operational and administrative functions
• Support leadership with business operations and organizational initiatives
• Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Contribute ideas that improve operational performance and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in corporate operations, business operations, administration, project coordination, operations management, or professional services preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and operational priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and professional environment
• Familiarity with workflow coordination or operational reporting is beneficial
