Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Officer with a strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost control systems, monitoring food and beverage costs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food & beverage costs across all outlets and operations
• Analyze cost variances, wastage, and consumption trends, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct regular inventory audits (monthly/quarterly) for food, beverages, and consumables
• Ensure proper stock control procedures and compliance with company policies
• Review and validate purchase orders, invoices, and supplier pricing
• Work closely with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management review
• Develop and maintain standard recipes and costing sheets
• Monitor portion control, yield, and wastage in line with operational standards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with internal audit, HACCP, and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cost control within F&B / Hospitality / Catering
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and stock control systems
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel (advanced level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in GCC region preferred
