We are seeking an experienced PMC Cost Estimation Engineer with a strong background in mega Oil & Gas EPC projects to manage cost estimation, cost control, and invoicing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP systems and a strong understanding of ADNOC PMC/client processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates for EPC projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.
• Monitor project cost control, track budgets, and provide variance analysis to project management.
• Manage invoicing and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Maintain and update project financial records and cost reports using SAP or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure cost data integrity and adherence to project financial targets.
• Support project management in budget forecasting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting.
• Provide input to tendering and procurement processes from a cost perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC PMC/client cost procedures and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Total15 years of experience in for oil & gas or LNG projects.
• Proven experience in mega Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Hands-on experience with Cost Estimation, Cost Control, and Invoicing.
• Experience working with SAP systems for cost tracking and reporting.
• ADNOC PMC/client experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
