Senior Cost Estimator

About:
We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our growing team for USA projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting project planning with detailed analysis.

Experience Requirement:

• Cost Estimation – Minimum 1.5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify material, labor, and time requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of cost estimates to support bidding and execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.6 years of hands-on experience in cost estimation.
• B.sc Civil Engineer Required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
