GC Estimation

About the Role:
We are expanding our Estimation Team for USA & AUS projects and are looking for professionals experienced in General Construction (GC) Estimation.

Open Positions & Experience Requirements:

• Jr. GC Estimator – 9 Months experience
• Sr. GC Estimator – 2 Years experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for USA/AUS residential and commercial projects.
• Review and analyze project drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Calculate material, labor, and time requirements.
• Work with estimation tools including Planswift.
• Collaborate with project managers and ensure timely, accurate delivery of estimates.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in GC Estimation (as per listed role).
• B.sc civil Engineering Degree is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Planswift is mandatory.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Fri)
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Pay: Rs57,423.62 - Rs69,155.32 per year
