Role Description

We are looking for a Printing & Packaging Estimator to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for packaging projects, analyzing customer requirements, and supporting sales, procurement, and production planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on client specifications, drawings, and requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to finalize project scope.
• Calculate costs for materials, labor, machine time, and subcontracting.
• Maintain cost databases, supplier pricing, and historical job costs.
• Prepare customer proposals ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Track pricing trends and support process improvements in estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing & Packaging (preferred) or related field.
• 2+ years of estimation experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
