We’re hiring a Senior Creative Copywriter to create clear, technically sound, and conversion-focused content across key touchpoints. As part of the CRO & Performance Marketing team , you’ll help improve acquisition, activation, and retention by shaping messaging across email campaigns, landing pages, product content, and more.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan (5 days a week).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Write and optimize content for emails, landing pages, newsletters, onboarding flows, product updates, and case studies.
• Own and execute email campaigns using Customer.io, with a focus on lifecycle triggers and behavioral segmentation.
• Translate complex cloud hosting and development concepts into simple, effective messaging.
• Support conversion and lifecycle initiatives with compelling CTAs and optimized copy across the funnel.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to align messaging across web and product experiences.
• Create SEO-driven content that drives traffic and supports acquisition goals.
• Use performance data (A/B tests, email metrics, engagement data) to continuously improve content.
• Maintain consistency in tone, accuracy in messaging, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  
  

What You’ll Add

• 4+ years of experience in B2B copywriting, preferably in SaaS or cloud hosting
• Strong written English with the ability to simplify technical content for varied audiences
• Experience writing for email, web, blog, and product—tailored to user journeys and lifecycle stages
• Working knowledge of SEO, copy performance metrics, and content optimization
• Familiarity with cloud/web hosting topics and developer-oriented messaging
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

• Experience with cloud platforms like DigitalOcean, AWS, or GCP
• Background in journalism, editorial, or developer-focused media
• Familiarity with A/B testing and content performance analysis
• Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS tools
