About the Role-
SuperBottoms is looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can go beyond execution and truly conceptualize brand-first, performance-driven campaigns across digital, social, and video-first platforms.

This role is for someone who brings fresh creative energy, deep social insight, and AI-forward thinking. It’s not just about pretty posts—it’s about storytelling, campaign ideation, experimentation, and trend responsiveness backed by strong design chops.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Ideation: Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns—from new product launches to everyday parenting moments—that drive both brand love and performance.
  • Design for Performance: Deliver thumb-stopping, conversion-oriented creatives for Meta, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
  • Lead from the Front: Guide junior designers, freelancers, and partner agencies with clear briefs, feedback, and direction.
  • AI & Automation in Design: Experiment with tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Figma AI, InVideo, and Stable Diffusion to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Build Long-Term Systems: Develop playbooks, brand guides, and templates for consistency and scalability.
  • Platform-Native Formats: Create Reels, memes, carousels, packaging, UGC-style edits—understanding what works best where.
  • Trendspotting: Stay plugged into cultural and digital trends to keep the brand vibrant and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in creative design, especially with D2C brands preferred.
  • A strong portfolio across branding, motion, packaging, campaigns, and social storytelling (please share upfront).
  • Ability to balance storytelling with performance—thinking in hooks, CTAs, and scroll behavior.
  • Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, and motion tools.
  • Proven track record of working with AI tools for design and content generation.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams, founders, and external partners.
  • Strong feedback and mentoring skills to lead junior designers and freelancers.
