Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who doesn’t just design — you define the creative vision. You’ll be the brand’s visual storyteller, leading concept-to-execution journeys that wow audiences, stop thumbs mid-scroll, and leave lasting impressions. If you can merge big-picture thinking with pixel-perfect execution — while mentoring others to level up their craft — we want you on our side.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Vision: Drive the creative direction for campaigns, social media, ads, web/app interfaces, brand decks, and more — ensuring every output is strategic, stunning, and on-brand.
• Shape Brand Identities: Build, refine, and evolve the visual language.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior designers, inspire cross-functional teams, and work seamlessly with copywriters, marketers, and video editors.
• Push Boundaries: Bring innovative concepts to life, experimenting with formats, trends, and creative technologies.
• Add Motion (Bonus): Create animations, transitions, or micro-interactions that amplify engagement.
• Stay Ahead: Monitor design trends, industry shifts, and audience behaviors to keep our creative edge razor sharp.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in creative/visual design (agency, startup, or in-house), with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Portfolio Power: A strong portfolio showcasing both brand-building and performance-driven creative work.
• Tools of the Trade: Adobe Creative Suite & Figma mastery (bonus: Canva speed for quick-turn assets).
• Design Fluency: Exceptional typography, layout, color, and composition skills.
• Creative Leadership: Ability to provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and inspire teams to deliver their best.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
