Senior Creative UX Designer

Sarmad is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling designs that meet our business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that our design solutions are innovative, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects, including digital and print media
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals that communicate our brand message
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that meet project objectives
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure fresh and impactful designs
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a UX creative design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design software "Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc."
• Freehand drawing is a credit
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience in the financial industry is a major credit. "Investment, Finance, Payments, etc."
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity
