About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and polished Senior Customer Service Representative who embodies professionalism, empathy, and clarity in communication. This role is customer-facing and requires a high level of ownership, maturity, and the ability to handle premium clientele with finesse.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and phone.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations with confidence and composure.

- Deliver a consistently premium and VIP-level customer experience.

- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining brand tone and service standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales) to ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

- Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

- Mentor junior customer service team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluent and articulate English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

- Pleasant, calm, and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or D2C brand environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

- Comfortable handling high-value customers and sensitive situations.

- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, email platforms, and chat systems.

- Ability to join immediately is essential.
